This is a live farmland auction with online bidding available if you can not attend the auction. The live auction will be conducted at Buffalo Center Iowa in the Heritage Town Center Hall at 10AM. You can bid online at the same time from any location by going to the bid online link above. The CRP Strip around the outside of the farm expired in 2017 and was not renewed. Those acres will become tillable in 2018 when you take possession. Agent Comments This farm will be sold ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder regardless of price.
