You will be bidding on only 1 tract of land and our bid will be multiplied by 118.53 Building Description There are no buildings on this farm Legal Description The West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9 Westport Township Dickinson County Iowa Possession You will receive landlord possession at closing with a cash rent credit for 2018. You will be able to choose to keep or terminate the tenancy of the current tenant for 2019. Closing July 18, 2018 Mineral Rights All mineral rights owned by the seller will transfer to the buyer.
